Real Simple did not deliver a worth while product

I purchase your app because of the name attached to it. I was extremely disappointed to learn I was wrong. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and I made several attempts to contact Real Simple but they did not reply to my request for information and help with the app. I wish I could get my money back because since day one your app has not lived up to my expectation. I am so disappointed in your product.
Expectation:
1. The app would work on more than one device. ( I do not want to take my ipad grocery shopping)
2. No new information appears (receipe/ grocery list) after puchase.
